The place felt big and it was clean.
My swimming pool was really cold. I asked them to fix the temperature, but it did not happen. They claimed they fixed the swimming pool, but really didn't.

the hotel's location was fine and there was a shop right downstairs, handy.
the room they gave me first was not good, it smelled bad. they moved me to another room but it was not properly cleaned. the lights in that new room didn't turn off, and staff couldn't fix it until very late, this made it hard to relax.

Excellent Stay with Great Service

The rooms are very spacious. I had a Beautiful One Bedroom Apartment Balcony. The room included a big kitchen, so I could cook my own meals. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The pool was good. I liked the available essential services near the hotel.
The furniture is a bit old, particularly in the bathroom (but it was still functional).

The breakfast service provided Maan Bahadur, Cher, and Arjun, who catered to all our dining requests. The breakfast was varied, with a chef who prepared fresh omelets and had a selection of pastries and fruits to offer, all high quality.

The front office staff, including Chrishol, Surya, and Buddhi, were very kind and helpful. The staff met me with a smile and were always available to help. The cleaning service was daily, and the staff did a very good job.

decent sizepest controlbug problem
the room was a decent size, i guess.
the worst thing was bugs everywhere. the staff acted like nothing was wrong even though letters about pest control were going around. i had to switch rooms a couple times to try and get rid of all the pests.
